Bruce Matza
President
Bruce brings a wealth of experience in having served in leadership positions in previous congregations in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Chicago, Illinois and Dallas, Texas. He served as an officer on the regional board of the Union of Reform Judaism and also as a volunteer facilitator for the URJ where he conducted board retreats and training for congregations across the country.
He works as an advisor and mentor to executives and physicians in strategic thinking, customer retention and collaborative leadership. He is on the faculty for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute. Bruce has been featured in many articles and stories in addition to being a guest on The NBC Today Show.
Bruce and his wife, Annie, are five year residents of the Las Vegas area and live in Anthem Sun City. They have two married sons living in San Francisco and Minneapolis along with three grandchildren, Ava, Alec and Carter.
