The Tanakh Revisited

The Tanakh Revisited is a Lifelong Jewish Learning opportunity, and is open to the community. Participants do not need to know Hebrew or much about Jewish History.  Participants also do not need to be Temple members.  There is no fee for the class, and all materials are provided.  Just come, be open to learning and sharing your thoughts and experiences.

Saturdays – 11am – Kantor Family Library unless otherwise noted on the Website calendar

This class is an overview of the Tanakh: the Torah, the Prophets and the Writings, using selected parts of free online university course curricula. We will endeavor to develop a strategy for understanding the teachings of traditional Judaism in light of recent biblical research findings.
